we were thinking and trying to contact your mom most recently. both my husband and i and my deceased mother oonah douglas , the school nurse at suffern high school for 26 years, were very good friends of barbara as we initially met at the viola united methodist church many years ago. both our moms traveled together as well. we also visited her in n.h. when terrence and tj were all living in a beautiful historic home. you may remember tom maldari as we keep in touch with him as well. i left him a phone message informing about the obituary. both our moms were full of spunk and we will miss them dearly our prayers are with you all steve and alison harvey

Thank you so much for your kind words and memories about my mom. I know how much she enjoyed her travels with Mary Maldari and your mother, and the time they all spent together at the Viola United Methodist Church. I was able to get in touch with Tom Maldari shortly before my mother passed away, and he sent her a lovely Christmas card. Thank you again for your thoughts and condolences. Maureen

Barbara was such a sweet lady. We didn't get to spend as much time with her as we would have liked but it was always special when we did. Our love and condolences to all of her family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
