Jennifer Leigh Kinney

d. Sep 14, 2026

Jennifer Leigh Kinney (Conway), 54, of Bennington, passed away peacefully in the loving arms of her husband, on September 14, 2026. She was born on January 24, 1972, in Peterborough to Carole (Beauchamp) and James Conway.

In addition to her husband, Robert E. Kinney, Jr., Jenn is survived by her parents; Carole and Arthur Murphy, and James and Leah Conway, her sons; James Ranta, Michael Ranta & his partner Patricia, and Blake Gregory & his partner Emily, her siblings; Jamie Conway & his wife Darcy, Thea Doyle & her husband Justin, Kenneth Conway & his wife Emma and Steven Conway; step-siblings Christine Dean & her husband Christopher and Aaron Murphy & his wife Kim, her honorary “4th son” Corey Scruton; her soul sister Dee Quinn, beloved nieces and nephews, as well as a large extended family and several close friends.

Jenn grew up in Greenfield, attending local public schools and holding various jobs throughout her life. Most recently she could be found at the register at the Big Apple, where she turned customers into regulars and regulars into friends. Work was never what was most important to Jenn, that was always family.

She loved spending time with her boys, raising them with her strong sense of devotion to family and loving them unconditionally. They were her pride and joy, and nothing mattered more to her than their happiness.

Jenn's parents, siblings and extended family, especially her nieces and nephews Juniper, Weston, Hudson, Lyla, and PJ, were a source of strength and joy during some of her hardest days.

Her husband, Bobby, was her dream-come-true love. They encountered more challenges in their time together than most people can imagine, and always their love for each other endured. Spending time together fishing, taking long drives, and playing with the cats she adored, they enjoyed a simple life. They were each other's safety, strength and home.

Jenn loved her people fiercely, and though she was sassy and sarcastic, she was also kind and thoughtful and impossible not to love. She will be deeply missed.
