Margaret Elizabeth (Williamson) Wynn, 86, passed away surrounded by loved ones on June 25, 2023, at Summerhill Assisted Living Facility in Peterborough, NH.
Margaret was born on March 30, 1937, in Brooklyn, New York, and was lovingly raised by Bill & Louise McComb (also known as Wezie and Uncle Bill). After Margaret graduated from high school, she married the love of her life, Bernard Wynn. She was a proud Air Force wife, and they went on to have many adventures together with their three beautiful children. Her strength and independent nature was the backbone of the household while her husband was deployed frequently on behalf of our country. Margaret was an amazing cook and her signature dish was curry beef. She had quite a cookbook collection and enjoyed trying new recipes. Margaret also loved knitting and spending time with her many friends and family.
Margaret was predeceased by her husband, Bernard. She is survived by her son Tom and his wife Sue; her daughter Cyndy and her husband Steve Kilmen; and her daughter Charlene and her husband, Joe Gleason. Margaret is also survived by seven fabulous grandchildren and eight gorgeous great grandchildren.
As Margaret took her last earthly breath as she reunited with her true love on his birthday, one of their favorite songs was playing softly on the radio in the background by Johnny Mathis…..
"Chances are you believe the stars that fill the skies are in my eyes.
Guess you feel you'll always be the one and only one for me
And if you think you could,
Well, chances are your chances are awfully good."
