Steven Terry

Steven Lloyd Terry, age 70 of New Ipswich, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully at Summer Hill Assisted Living on March 6, 2022.  He was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the son of Lloyd E. and Dolores E. (Nilsson) Terry. 

He graduated from Salem Central High School and United Technical Institute, Milwaukee, WI.  Steve married Beverly R. Prestay on June 12, 1971.  They lived in the Salem and Burlington, Wisconsin area before retiring to Wallace, Michigan. He had a lifetime career in construction and home design.  Besides being self-employed, he worked for several local construction companies and Habitat for Humanity. 

Steve enjoyed serving on church council for both Holy Name of Jesus Church, Wilmot, Wisconsin and St. Mary’s Church, Burlington, Wisconsin.  He loved to camp and travel, drag racing and a good fish fry. 

Steve is survived by his wife, Beverly, daughter, Nicole (Paul) Getman, brother, David (Gail) Terry, and sister Sue (Lee) Palecek.  He was preceded in death by his parents.  Services will be held privately for the family.
