When my beloved wife, Ursula, died, I called Julie Thibault with no advance notice at all and with incoherent requests. Julie was understanding, patient, wonderfully clear (even to my frozen mind), and incredibly helpful. Julie unquestioningly accepted and acted on the requests that I did know (Ursula's explicit wishes) and helped me figure out the ones I had not considered. Julie followed through on everything with great efficiency and remained in contact with me throughout the process. Julie also tactfully saved me from unnecessary expenses. I will forever be grateful for Julie's compassionate help.
