Dennis R. Mullen, 59, of Greenfield died on October 9, 2017 at Cheshire Medical Center after a period of failing health. Dennis was born in Worcester, MA on March 4, 1958 the son of Richard T. Mullen and Gail A. (Kimbal) Mullen.
After graduating high school, Dennis enlisted in the United States Army. He spent the next 8 years on active duty where he was a member of the Artillery Unit and served in Germany. He then settled in the Peterborough and Greenfield area, where he has been a long time resident. Dennis was an avid Nascar fan and enjoyed golf. He was employed with New Hampshire Ball Bearing for many years and most recently with Asplundh Tree Service.
Dennis is survived by his wife of more than 25 years Joanne Worters of Greenfield; his children Jared Mullen of Ashburnham, MA, Julia Gaudette of Bennington, and Samuel Mullen of Jaffrey. He will also be missed by his six grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his daughter Vanessa R. Mullen and two grandchildren.
Services will be private for the family.
