Dear Lillian,
I am so sorry my health does not allow me to attend Nate's wake tonight. I am there in spirit. Nate knows.
We want to offer our condolences and let you know how special Nate has been to me since 1979 when we first met. He has been like part of our family although we have not been a part of each others' lives, have had a deep level of connection. He has visited faithfully and has made meals to help out recently. He had a special heart with so much potential but he is now at peace and I pray that He is in Jesus' arms and that you, Caleb, Alaina, Mrs. Ring, and all those who have tried to help him,, experience the peace that passes understanding as you leave him in God's hands, knowing he is at peace. God bless you all.

I could never put into words the friendship that we shared and the many many amazing times we had. A piece of me has been lost but I will always be thankful for the time I had with my BEST FRIEND. You are at peace.

Nate and I became friendly in Driver's Ed many years ago. Whenever we would run into each other throughout the years, he would give me a big hug and we would visit like old times. My thoughts are with the family during this difficult time. May Nate be at peace now.

Nathan's personality and the love he had for family and friends was larger than life. I cannot imagine this world without him. He could make me laugh even when I was so angry with him! My memories are many and begin at about 5 years old. His laugh will forever ring in my ears and bring me joy as it did for anyone who ever met him. My heart aches for Lilian, Caleb, his daughter and the many others who he loved so much. I will miss him forever.
